We are pleased to invite you to the next Collaboration Meeting which will take place on 10-11 June in Brussels, in the Crowne Plaza Brussels City Centre – Le Palace  http://www.crowneplazabrussels.be.       

The key objective of this meeting is to raise the impact of the results of individual projects through networking, sharing experiences and participation to collaboration activities.

The Collaboration Meeting will be co-organised by the European Commission, the IRMOS, SLA@SOI and SOA4ALL projects.

Participation to the Collaboration Meeting is foreseen for FP7 ICT projects funded by Challenge 1.2 as well as for FP6 IST projects funded by the Grid Technologies or the Software Technologies Strategic Objectives. Projects outside these areas, that are contributing to the Future Internet Assembly and that want to collaborate with the Challenge 1.2 projects are also welcome.

Each collaboration working group will organise a half day session. This session should progress the work of the collaboration working group and should have an interactive nature. Presentations should be balanced with discussions, and the session should end with conclusions and an action plan of activities for the upcoming period. We also wish to draw your attention to the possibility to show a demo to demonstrate concrete project results during the collaboration meeting. This year the space for the demos will be wider than last year and demos will be shown for a longer time. Next week, the ECSS website will offer the possibility to enter a request for a demo.
The deadline for proposals will be 14 April.
